Instructions:
Step 1: First go to "Do This First"!

Step 2: Download the image zip file
Unzip the images in a dir named "pics" on your web site!
Step 3: Cut and Paste the table code! and put this on your index page!
(IMPORTANT Do this before you start submitting!)

Once you have the table and images up you are now ready to start submissions!

Step 4: Choose a site from the submission list in the left frame
the links in the left frame take you directly to each submission page
The check boxes will keep track of sites where you submitted
Use the space above to keep the page location, description, email address etc.
copy and paste information into each submission form
post your site anywhere you want all from one location
Remember to put the sites links and code up BEFORE you submit the links to them!
Many of these sites have different rules for submitting!
Remember to read them BEFORE you hit submit!
